Rescheduling Guidelines
We understand that sometimes you may have to reschedule, in the event that you may need to do so, please notify us at least 24 Hours in advanced via phone (Voice mails are not accepted). We must charge a fee for no shows, and same day cancelations.
We require a credit card when booking your appointment, providing us with your credit card information, is confirmation of these terms. Only exceptions are active members.
Late Arrivals
If you are late for your appointment, your treatment time will be reduced, to finish your service in time, for the next scheduled client, the service fee will remain the same.
Children
Children are welcomed, and may visit, with appointments only, must be accompanied by an adult. Childcare must be arranged with the office prior to appointment. You will be asked to sign a waiver for your child to be in our children’s play area.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice, Please confirm prices when making your appointment.
Returns
Products must be returned within 30 days, with receipt and are good for spa credit only.
Gratuity
Gratuities are not included in the service price. Gratuity is greatly appreciated.
